Experiment: Monochromatic light falls on a plane-parallel plate of mica. Light rays reflected from the top and bottom surfaces, provide for the imposition of interference concentric rings. Radius of the ring depend on the geometry of the experimental setup, the thickness of the mica plate and the wavelength of light.
